About Zouk Dresden
Zouk Dresden is the home of the Brazilian Zouk dance community in Dresden. People have been dancing, teaching, and loving Zouk here since 2010.
We are all united by our love of Brazilian Zouk. We are a community of over 100 dancers, and with classes running since 2010, we are one of the oldest in Germany.
Courses
To give the many zouk enthusiasts the chance to learn this special dance and to allow experienced dancers to delve deeper into it, we offer ongoing classes at three different levels.
Beginners
For everyone who wants to take their first steps in Brazilian Zouk and discover the joy of dancing.
Middle School
After learning the basic steps, we’ll explore the unique features of zouk, such as head movements and body undulations.
Dance Group
Anyone who never wants to stop learning will feel right at home in our ongoing dance circle, which features blocks with rotating themes.

Brazilian Zouk is a relatively new dance style that is so versatile that it sometimes evokes contemporary dance, sometimes its playful Brazilian roots, and sometimes the quiet intimacy of the tango.

Where We Dance
Our classes and parties take place at Studio Elementio, formerly Salsa Sandana.
A large room with a modern vibe, a dance floor, a great sound system, and a lovely atmosphere. Everything a dancer’s heart desires.
And when we’re not in the studio, we dance along the Elbe with the sun on our faces and a view of beautiful Dresden.
